Living room accent chair

Canadian made accent chair. Very durable well made real wood chair. Rarely sat in so seat cushion is still firm like new. No smoking home. Cat did get to it though as pictured. Not too noticeable from afar and can likely trim up further. Also a bit of paint from when we painted the living room. We just covered with a throw towel but also hard to notice unless looking for it. It’s an $800 chair new.
