Pioneer CLD-2080 LaserDisc player - Auto flip dual side play

Selling a Pioneer CLD-2080 laserdisc / CD / CDV player from my personal collection. This is a higher end player from 1990. Just tested and it’s playing well and flipping sides properly. See photos playing Side A / Side B. This is similar to the 3080 from the same year, but without the digital video memory, and many prefer the picture on this one as it’s more analog and unprocessed. Excellent physical condition, with one small scratch/crack on the clear plastic over the display. Switches properly between digital and analog audio tracks. Build in DAC for digital audio track output over analog RCA connectors. Can be easily modded with an optical digital audio output for DTS and / or an AC-3 RF output board for Dolby Digital surround sound. Working units are selling on ebay for C$300-500 + shipping & tax. Asking a very reasonable $400 including the proper matching original remote. LaserDisc is having a big resurgence, similar to vintage gaming on CRTs. It’s the best truly analog video format, featuring digital sound, for that great nostalgic feeling.
