For sale is a nearly complete Thames & Kosmos Solar Power Plus + child's construction and science kit. Included are pieces to build different vehicles and structures from the Instruction Book which can use either solar (solar panels included) or your AA battery to power an electric motor. Great for learning construction techniques and the principles of electric power and motion. The kit is unboxed but parts are sorted into bags. Note: This kit is missing parts to build with the #15 drive chain, one way of using the gears provided. Multiple projects in the book do not require this part. The pricing reflects that the kit is almost complete. A simple model can be used to show how the solar cells work to convert light to motion at pickup. Stored in a smoke-free environment.
