I'm a quiet, single, male working professional with great credit, relevant documents, no bad habits or pets; looking for a LARGE, FULL (not shared), private, legal, long-term, unfurnished, 1 bed & bath (basement) APARTMENT, ideally not far from Heartland, 800+ sq ft, with large den, kitchen (oven & fridge), hopefully a storage space; internet, laundry (preferred, ideally in the garage), 1 parking spot, ideally all utilities included in rent. Most of these are COMPULSORY. I need more than just a cramped room and bathroom. Hoping to not exceed $1600/mth, avoid the Erin Mills/Meadowvale area, and move in within a few weeks.
