Wanted: Looking for free power bank

Hello, this post is asking on behalf of a friend. They asked me to post this so I told her I would, as they are in need, and looking for a free power bank if any one can afford to give one away for free. I would be the one picking it up and bringing it to them. If you can help in any way/ are able to donate one of these, she would really appreciate it!
