Only used it for a year. Great condition and works perfectly. The entire system has been cleaned with vinegar and disinfected on the exterior as well. The black regular tip that came with it isn’t included obviously for sanitary reasons. But I do have an extra brand new unused regular tip that I can include for no extra cost if you want. Only reason I’m selling is because I upgraded to the rechargeable version. I am an actual dental professional so I can give you instructions on how to use if you need it. I highly recommend these to all my patients and have been using various versions of the Waterpik for 8+ years myself.
