Wacker Neuson GP5600 Generator

This Wacker Neuson GP5600 generator has a Honda GX340 engine, the engine runs beautifully and starts every pull. The generator it self, well im not to sure what's wrong, I put a new AVR in it and it has some low volts, I tested the coil and am getting a healthy 66.8 ohms theres no ground to frame im not really sure what it could be to be honest, if your handy and have knowledge about electrical stuff this would be great for you or use the Honda gx340 motor. This unit can be saved to use it as a generator or reuse the motor for something else. Selling it for 500$
