Roommate wanted

In the process of interviewing candidates to move in to a 2 bedroom apartment with shared roommate in separate room. The person chosen will be given a fully furnished bedroom with access to shared bathroom with bathtub. Access to kitchen living area dining area and balcony are included. The monthly rent is at 850$ negotiable to whoever serious. Non refundedable deposit will be required to the person interested, will be given a written contract.
