Faux Leather Futon/Folding Bed (Double Bed Size)

We purchased this brand new from The Bay about 2 years ago and it has been very lightly used. It’s sleek and stylish, making it perfect for a home office, guest room, or casual lounge space. It easily converts into a comfortable bed, approximately twin/double size. The mattress is very comfortable yet firm, and the unit is in great overall condition. There is one small slash/tear on the corner, but it is not on the seating or sleeping area. Please see the photos for reference. Pickup ONLY in Mississauga.
