3 Seat Pull-Out Couch w/ Queen Mattress

We’re upgrading our furniture to something bigger for our new space, so this comfy 3-seater well maintained pull-out couch is looking for a new home (and new butts to support). We originally bought it from The Brick for $1200+tax. Now we just want it to go to someone who’ll enjoy it. So feel free to make an offer, happy to make a deal with someone who can pickup asap. 🛋️ The Details: Couch: 89" L x 38" W x 34" H Built-in queen mattress: 70" L x 60" W Fully extended length: 92" (great for guests or spontaneous naps) It’s in great shape with no marks or stains. Here are the minor things to note: - There’s a very tiny rip on the side of one cushion (see image 3 — it’s barely noticeable and can be easily mended) - The pull-out bed sticks a bit when opening, but it works totally fine. Pickup only. Comes from a pet-free, smoke-free, and most importantly, bed-bug-free home!
