The console is in great working condition, runs quiet, and has been fully initialized/factory reset. ​Includes: ​PS4 Slim 500GB Console ​Power Cable ​HDMI Cable ​1x DualShock 4 Controller (FOR PARTS/AS-IS): The controller is physically in good shape, but it does not turn on even when connected to the console via USB. Great for a repair project or spare parts. ​Note on Condition: The small plastic side cover for the hard drive bay is missing.
