Two Canadian military-history items relating to the Second World War, including an original-looking 1945 Canadian military service programme from Holland and a Canadian-produced WWII documentary DVD. 1. 5 Canadian Armoured Division Group – Dominion Day Service – Holland 1945 — ($70) Vintage wartime/just-postwar service programme marked: “5 Canadian Armoured Division Group Dominion Day Service Holland 1945” The programme contains the order of service, O Canada, prayers, Psalm 46, scripture readings and hymns. An interesting piece of Canadian WWII ephemera dating from 1945, when Canadian forces were still present in the Netherlands following its liberation and the end of the war in Europe. Shows age-related toning, spotting and original fold lines as pictured. No restoration has been attempted. 2.
