I am selling my home gym, my bench and my pull up/knee raises/ triceps stand. The Golds Gym has fly, sitting bench, lat pull down, high cable cross over, seated legs, seated row and low cable. many good works outs can be done on this. The Bench can be incline, flat or decline and comes with bar. Standing pull up station, knee raises, chin up, push ups and tricep lunges.
