1 private bed room in a cozy house available got one female only, starting now. Female friendly environment. Rent is at $800 per month (deposit of first and last month’s rent is required - we can be flexible depending on your move-in date) and a stay of 4-12 months is preferred. Someone who is in full time study / work is preferred. (There will be another room available as of Jun 1, 2026) Shared space includes: 1 bathroom (with only 1 person), kitchen, and dining area. Important notes: please be aware that there is no backyard access and no parking available. Amenities include washer/dryer, heat/AC, hot water, stove, microwave, iron, hangers, beddings, desk, wifi (we use Bell), etc. Some rules to mind include no smoke/drugs, no guests (friends or family) inside the home. Please keep all shared spaces clean after use. Our house is conveniently located near several major bus routes (24, 167, 169, 85, 985) with easy access to Don Mills subway station. You’ll be within walking distance of many shops, including Food Basics, Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, and various restaurants.
