This is a G.I. Joe action figure. It's a vintage toy from the 80s or 90s. It's made of plastic and stands about 3.75 inches tall. The figure is dressed in a green and brown military-style uniform with a blue visor. This would be a cool addition to any G.I. Joe collection! Has one hand broken fingers.
