Light Green Sofa Bed (Mattress Included)

Hi. I'm looking to sell my couch bed because I'm downsizing apartments. ‼️ Needs to be gone by the end of September‼️ - Asking for $500 OBO - I'm the second owner. Owned since Feb 2025. I was told it was originally purchased on Wayfair for ~$2800 after tax. I think it's the Birch Lane Kodie Upholstered Sleeper Sofa >> Info on the Couch: - See picture for dimensions - Pet free, smoke free, pest free - Removable seat cushions that fold out to a Queen sized mattress. - Bed was used with a mattress protector and bed sheets. Was used infrequently for overnight guests. - Minor food stains on seat cushions that likely can be washed out (ask for pictures) >> Info on Pick Up: - Pick up only - Weekends or the 23rd anytime, or Weekdays after 7PM - Driveway parking. Ground floor unit with porch stairs (7 steps) - Located near Guildwood Go - Two person job. It's not extremely heavy but bulky and awkward to maneuver.
