Vintage Handcarved Tiki "Welcoming Lady" Mug

Popularly used during 1960s and 1970s tiki parties, this piece is often attributed to craftsmanship from the Philippines. Referred to as "Sawadee" or "Welcoming Lady" mugs and are likely carved from Monkey Pod wood. Dimensions: approx. 5 inches in max. height; 3.5 inches in bowl width; 4.25 inches in bowl depth; and 7 inches in max. width of the piece from front to back of handle. Good preloved condition. Minor scuffing and small crack at the back of the bowl near the handle (see photos), which is accounted for in price. Let me know if you're interested!
