Free brass fabric/blanket rack

Vintage piece to hold blankets in a livingroom/bedroom or towels in a bathroom. You can use it to store fabric if you sew (what I used it for) or even hook high heels along the bars. You figure it out. Porcelain details. Think it's about 3ft tall idk
