Available from August 1st ~My tenant is looking for a lady to share her room with. ~Room is in the basement. ~Rent for single is $500 ~Quite, black African lady no trouble at all living in my house more than for three years now. ~Room has two full size beds, fridge and other furniture. ~Kitchen and two washrooms shared with another two ladies. Separate entrance. ~All ladies are friendly and living in the house for many years ~All utilities included ~First and last required ~Bus stop and other groceries in walking distance ~House on Clarence Street (Kennedy and Queens)
