Total Gym 1000 home exercise machine. It’s the original old school version but still a great little gym for beginners and I particularly liked it for stretching. I no longer have the instructions or exercise booklet but it’s all available online and there’s YouTube videos showing a variety of exercises. It's in good condition, some wear but no rips or problems with it :) Gym weighs about 60 lbs
