We are currently 4 women (30s), working professionals, and the overall atmosphere is friendly, quiet, clean, and respectful. We all have our own lives and routines, but enjoy the occasional catch-up, drinks, BBQ, or good meal together. 🌿 **WHAT’S INCLUDED** * Two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs * Beautiful backyard with outdoor seating * BBQ * Plenty of free street parking * All utilities included in rent * Friendly, respectful household 🛏️ **THE ROOM** The room comes **unfurnished**, but the existing wall unit and bookshelf are included. 🤝 **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We’re hoping to find someone who will mesh well with the current household and is looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home. We have a high cleaning standard and expect this out of every tenant.
