Bostitch Oil-Free Air Compressor

Excellent condition.
Bostitch oil-free air compressor with a 6.0 gallon tank. It runs at 1.5HP (running) and delivers 135 PSI.
I had this compressor for 20 yrs but only used for the odd baseboar/trim work.
Tried starting it up recently but something is wrong when filling. Making a loud noise and only fills partially.
Possibly for parts or fixable?
