*PLEASE READ* MATTRESS: King size hybrid Emma mattress, 2 years old but only used for one year. One handle is ripped from moving. Small manufacturer's defect (rip) on the bottom of the mattress (shown in picture) which does not affect it whatsoever. Supports 1000lbs. Bought for $1000. BED FRAME: Heavy duty Wayfair metal bed frame supports 1300lbs and replaces the need for a box spring. You will need tools to disassemble. Will also throw in a grey king size duvet cover for free if interested. Pick up only in SW Airdrie. Located on the second floor of a house.
