Bowflex C7 Spin Bike with JRNY Screen (Matt Included)
$250
I bought this bike during the pandemic and got a lot of use out of it, but I've pretty much returned to the gym full-time and need the space.
It still gives an incredible workout, but it does have a few quirks that I want you to be fully aware of before you purchase.
The Quirks:
1. The Screen: The 7" HD touchscreen currently does not turn on. Because it’s out of warranty and I’m not tech-savvy, I haven't tried to fix it. The manual resistance still works, so it functions just like a classic, non-digital spin bike.
2. The Resistance Gauge: If you do manage to fix the screen, note that the resistance baseline calibrated itself to start at 11 instead of 1. So, 11 is your new "one."
3. The Speedometer: Also on the screen, the RPM readings occasionally spike (e.g., jumping from 60 to 140 RPM). Coming to a complete stop for a moment usually resets the sensor.
4. Right Pedal Strap: The plastic foot strap on the right pedal is missing. I just ride without it, but it’s an easy, cheap replacement if you don't use clip-in cycling shoes.
