Size 4-6 David's Bridal Royal Blue Ruffle High-Low Dress

Material is a bit forgiving and although it is a size 4 it could probably fit a size 6 person. Worn once for a fancy event. Nice for wedding, prom, cocktail event etc. I wore a rhinestone belt around the waist to add some sparkle(see photo)
