Vintage Toledo Metal Furniture Co. Uhl Adjustable Swivel Task Ch

Original Toledo Metal Furniture Company adjustable task chair, featuring the distinctive “potato chip” seat and back associated with the company’s mid-century industrial seating, here in tan molded plastic and mounted on a steel base. Both the backrest and seat are embossed with The Toledo Metal Furniture Company maker’s mark. Fully functional. Seat height and backrest position are adjustable, and the chair swivels freely. Structural integrity is solid, with no cracks in the seat or backrest. The surfaces show visible wear consistent with age and use. The steel base displays age-related paint wear, with a silver-gray topcoat over a putty/greige enamel layer. Local pickup in Brooklyn.
