I have used this laptop since around January 2021. I have apple care on it and get it serviced regularly. I have never opened it myself and all parts are apple genuine. Everything works 100%. There are scratches on the top and back of the laptop. I have had a case on it since I got it, so a rock or something sharp must have gotten in there. A case completely covers up the scratches though from my experience. For any questions or concerns please contact me.
