The room can fit 2 people (2 sisters, or brothers or 2 friends). Available Jan 1st. Options: PARKING available There are many amenities within a 15 minute walk, including: grocery, drugstore, restaurants, post office, bakery, and gym. There are many bus stops nearby on the two roads that run on either side, Islington and Kipling. Lots of transit options. The rent is for one person 850 per month plus and it can fit 2 furnished with 2 single beds, a dresser, and end table. The rent for 2 persons together will be $1200. As you will enjoy the whole house (living and dining rooms, with only 2 more tent).
