Sublet in downtown from January!

Subletting my place from January 1st, 2027 to April 1st, 2027. Possibly until May 1st 2027. $1300 a month all inclusive. I am heading abroad for some months. Depending on if I decide to stay abroad, there is a possibility of being able to sign a longer term lease if I give it up! But for now it’s a sublet. You’ll be located near Queen and Bathurst or Dundas and Bathurst. It’s a shared house and everyone has their own private bathroom. You’ll have your own private bathroom and private kitchen. You have your own small balcony too. It’s a shared entrance with the other tenants to the house, but usually people keep to themselves and you’ll rarely see anyone. The house is full of great people though and I’ve made a few friends here over the years, people who’ve moved away but we still keep in touch. It’s a very quiet house. It’s not soundproof like an apartment but it’s still a very quiet, comfortable house. And everyone is very respectful and considerate. You live on the very top floor of a 3 floor house! At the back of the house. I’ll be moving all my stuff out of the room. But left behind are 3 tables, 2 chairs, a shelf, the bed. I can leave behind the duvet and pillows if you want. Will probably sell the rest. Laundry machine and dryer in building for small fee. WiFi included. Water, electricity everything included in rent. AC and heating available. There’s a shared kitchen in the basement for the other tenants because they don’t have their own kitchen. So there’s a stove and oven if you want to use it, and bigger fridges. Your room comes with a microwave and fridge. You’re in between a Loblaws and Freshco, both about 7 minute walk away! TTC stops about 5-7 min away to the 511, 501 or 505. Only singles allowed. No couples and no party people. It’s a smoke free house. You can smoke outside if you please. No parking. No pets.
