Vintage John Brown Montreal Chapter RAM-GCQ Medal

This is a vintage medal from the John Brown Montreal Chapter, RAM-GCQ No. 7. It's dated March 21, 1957. The medal itself appears to be a repurposed 1898 penny from London. I'm good. It's basically called a locket pendant because there are two pieces and it opens up
