Custom handmade futon from East West Futons, barely used since it’s kept in my spare den area and only 2 years old. Single woman household, extremely clean and hygienic. Originally paid around 300$. High quality and built with excellent back comfort and support. Size slightly smaller than a standard queen- great for condos, smaller rooms, or a guest set up. Easy to move.
