This is an Evenflo Pivot Xpand modular travel system in black. It includes the stroller and a car seat base. It's designed to grow with your child, offering multiple configurations. Smoke free and dog free home. The car seat comes off the base of the stroller and attaches to the base that straps into the car. So you leave the base of the car seat in the car and the car seat attaches to both stroller and the base. Easy to install onto both stroller and the base that you leave attached to the car. The handle for the stroller also extends so it's great for shorter or taller parents are babysitters. All the safety straps aren't working order and adjustable. Is great for someone with a smaller car or smaller apartment with minimal storage.
