Hello, I am urgently looking for my bag, as it contains very important personal items for me and my son. I lost this bag on the night of Saturday, January 31, 2026, after taking a Lyft ride with a driver named Waqas at 8:38 p.m. from Scarborough Town Centre. The trip lasted less than 15 minutes and took place entirely within Scarborough. I was travelling with several pieces of luggage. The driver claimed that I had taken everything from his car, but this bag was not with my belongings when I woke up the next morning, and I realized that this bag was missing. I immediately reported the lost bag to Lyft, but unfortunately, they did nothing except make me wait, waste my time, and tell me that it was not their responsibility. This bag contains very important medical products for my treatment and my son’s treatment. Inside, there are several plastic bags in which I carefully packed the products to prevent them from spilling or breaking during my move. The bag also contains my hot water thermos. I find it very difficult to accept that it may have been stolen, which is why I am using every means available to try to recover it. If the driver or anyone else sees this post and recognizes my bag, please message me. Please, if you have my bag, kindly return it. I truly need these items and still want to believe in people’s good faith.
