These are two brand new Canadian polymer bank notes, a 5 dollar and a 10 dollar bill. The 10 dollar bill features Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald and an osprey. The 5 dollar bill features former Prime Minister Sir Wilfrid Laurier and a belted kingfisher. These bills are in protective sleeves.
