Looking for licensed HVAC tech to install gas fireplace

Hi, I m looking for licensed HVAC freelance technician to install a used natural gas fireplace for me as seen in the pictures below. I am will to pay cash for the installation but will need a reasonable estimate first. Piping is there, direct to outside. Old one must be unhooked but doesn't need to be removed. Job is in East York. Pape and Danforth area.
