York weight bench set. Comes with: - Adjustable weight bench with attachment for leg extensions and curls. - Barbell and two clips. - Two adjustable dumbbell rods with screws (to add or remove weight/plates). - Four 14.3lb/6.5kg plates. - Four 8.8lb/4kg plates. - Two 5.5lb/2.5kg plates. This is a great set! You could get a good full body workout in with this. There’s nothing wrong with it, I just don’t use it anymore. The bench and back piece (that holds the barbell) come apart easily for transport. I was able to transport it in a small SUV when I bought it. Pickup North Edmonton.
