Missing white male cat, British Shorthair

My cat is missing since 9th October. It’s been 3 weeks now and the weather has become very harsh. Let me know if someone has found him or has any information about him. A $100 is for the person who actually brings him and not anybody else. Please contact regarding Frosty on: Sumera Shabnum 587-937-1059
