It needs the front usb port fixed but both the 2 usb ports in the back work,bluray disc drive needs repair it needs the bottom panel and rear i/o shield ,the bottom panel is $15 plus shipping online,I recommend you get that before use to cover the front circuit board,the Xbox one s still works good it is just like the Xbox ones s digital version considering the bluray disc drive needs repair.i attached a picture of the bottom panel needed.
