Large Mid Century Seascape Oil Painting 50% OFF

This landscape painting depicts a coastal or lakeside scene with rustic cabins and a boat, rendered in a style that shares visual characteristics with mid-20th-century North American landscape art. The oil painting is on textured artist board and the image is 30” x 36”. It is in a mid century period frame that was custom made at Eatons, a department store that also sold many contemporary Canadian artworks. Painting and frame are in very good condition. No discernible signature but nonetheless good use of impasto (textured ) technique. A great piece for your cottage or mid century decor or fusing lodge.
