Vintage Handmade Patchwork Quilt

Vintage handmade patchwork quilt featuring a muted, pastel color palette of pink, purple, beige, and blue. Measures 51”x44”, perfect as a lap blanket or for a child’s bed. This quilt utilizes a mixed technique, combining various quilting styles. It features complex pieced blocks, including churn dash or nine-patch patterns. Several squares have delicate, hand-embroidered floral wreaths and botanical elements. The edges have a meticulous triangular patchwork border, common in traditional and "English Country Garden" style quilts. There are a couple of small rips, as shown in the photos with the dime for scale, but they can easily be fixed. Otherwise, this quilt is beautiful and very well made.
