New Nintendo 3ds XL, Minor Wear.

in terms of functionality its good, tho some cosmetic wear here and there. The back shell has been replaced, making it seem Japanese but the language is english. so yes u can play english titles. the top screen has a scuff on the bottom left, but not noticeable when playing. not modded. no charger but oem stylus. i can include Smash Bros if u want.
