A grenade traditionally represents stored energy, tension, conflict, danger, and the potential for sudden transformation. In this work, however, the grenade is not filled with destruction; it contains TRUTH, BELIEF, HOPE, and LOVE. The artist reimagines a symbol typically associated with violence and turns it into a vessel of moral and emotional force. The “explosion” becomes an act of release rather than destruction—the eruption of values that could transform society. The small brown bear figure can be understood as a representation of the artist herself: a sensitive, childlike human presence carrying both vulnerability and power. The bear’s small size contrasts with the explosive potential of what it is facing. It suggests that even those who appear gentle, innocent, or overlooked can hold something capable of creating profound change. The figure is not dangerous because of cruelty; it is dangerous because it carries the potential to disrupt complacency and challenge what has been accepted.
