1 private bedroom in a shared unit available July 1! The unit is a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a bathtub. There's an outdoor area shared with the other 6 units. No parking. We're two long-time friends who like watching movies, occasional hosting, enjoying nature! We like a good balance of hanging out/alone time. I've lived in this unit and neighbourhood for about 2 years and can vouch for it. It's a really quiet and green area but we're also really close to the subway and tons of cafes, restaurants, some bars, a few libraries. Looking for someone respectful, clean, and fun! We're pretty flexible, as long as you're kind and communicative.
