This is a mint condition Canada Post First Day of Issue Souvenir Cover (also known as a First Day Cover or FDC) postmarked April 14, 1998, in Ottawa, Ontario. It commemorates the introduction of a new, self-adhesive stamp specifically designed CIBC a major convenience for Canadian consumers at the time. Key Features for Collectors * Day of Issue Postmark: Clearly marked "Day of Issue / Jour d'émission" with the date 1998.04.14 and location Ottawa, Ontario.
