Two private rooms are available near Surrey central and gateway sky train station available July 1 620 each room. Gateway is 10 min walk or 335 bus. Surrey central is 15 min walk or 320, R1, 501 bus service. Surrey supermarket is like 5 min walk Rent includes utilities, wifi, laundry. Laundry available anytime. Both rooms have wardrobe tho a bit small. Looking for quiet vegetarian girls. Friends over are welcome but please keep it down. Plenty of parking available as well. Theres a family living in other 2 rooms House has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in total. It's the whole house so please be mindful of garbage and stuff as it will be us tenants taking care of it(don't put plastic in organic bin and stuff). Will upload more photos tomorrow or day after.
