Philip was super clear about when the item was available and made pickup arrangements quickly.

Philip was very nice. I had some complications about when I would be able to come retrieve the lawn mower, and he was very patient and responsive. I had a great chat with him when I finally got there. I haven't tried the lawn mower yet (I will tomorrow morning) but I have full confidence that it's a fine purchase, just based on how he spoke about it, and his overall trustworthiness. Super guy.
