Maria was really communicative and let me know when they were running a bit late. They were also flexible when I had to change the pickup address last minute due to snow.

It was really nice dealing with Maria, even though we had a minor mix-up with the pickup spot. She was super understanding and patient when the original plan didn't quite work out.
