Alex is an absolute gentleman, who not only made sure I checked the products, but also helped me carry all the heavy stuff , safely loaded on the truck. He tried his best to figure delivery solutions and dealt with absolute fairness. He followed up and checked on it everything went well after I got home, a really delightful experience to deal with him.
