Despite some delays and last-minute changes, kerissa was communicative and made sure to follow through, even offering the full price. She was friendly and really excited about the cabinet, it was nice to see that it was going to a good place.

yes, the item wasn't bad, but she advertised it as new in box, but while it was in the original box it wasn't exactly new. it had been used, not sure for how long but it wasn't as she describe it.
