It was a pleasure dealing with Austin. He waited for me patiently while I was out of Vancouver. He communicated with me well and informed his ETA so I can adjust my time accordingly.

Austin was super flexible and patient when I mentioned I was out of town, and they happily waited to coordinate a pickup. They were also great about confirming the details for the meet-up and purchasing both items.
